· Preparing and maintaining Books of Accounts of all US and Indian companies using a software Quick Books Desktop and Online (Cloud) Version.
· Update and maintain day to day transactions in Quick Books.
· Maintain US Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
· Reconcile monthly Bank Statement, Credit Card and Loan reports.
· Collecting TIME SHEETS from the consultants through ZONIAC SOFTWARE & raising invoices to the vendors by comparing P.O and Time Sheet.
· On-time billing Invoices distribution & follow-ups for payments.
· Preparation of monthly Financial Statements.
· Processing the invoices to customers based on timesheet hours and SOW and follow up with customers based on the aging reports.
· Manage and schedule payments to vendor-based bill amounts.
· Creating invoices on a monthly/weekly basis as per the customer requirement.
· Knowledge on payroll process for US Employees for semi-monthly/weekly payroll. (W2, C2C, 1099).
· Sending reminders on due invoices. Follow up with customers over phone/email on overdue invoices.
Maintain and preparing data for US payroll based on the time sheets received from consult
Experience
I have 3.5 years of experience in US accounts,
I am working on QuickBooks. Handle Time Sheets, AP and AR, brs, invoice process, payroll, prepare W2 and 1099 form
