About Pavan Kumar RHS:

I'm RHS Pavan Kumar, having +17 years, ie. +14 years in Operation & Maintenance, Planning of Electrical and Instrumentation, Protection scheme, Electrical system study like Arc flash, Relay coordination etc studies and 3 years in Project Erection & Commissioning experience in ACC Cements limited ( Adani Group, Ex- LH Group) , at present working at Lafarge Holcim Africa Plc as EIA Manager at Mfamosing Plant, Nigeria from Jan'2024 and M.Tech in Power systems as Academic Qualification.

In Last assignment, Worked as Head - Electrical & Inst. in ACC-Ametha Cement Works, Adani Ltd., India.

I have thorough experience in Electrical Power & Distribution systems, Substation, also being as Power system background person having thorough involvement in Power system studies like selectivity studies, Arc Flash etc..

I have been as Lead Team member in the 9500 TPD Cement Plant (with State of Art) Erection, Commissioning and Stabilization from EIA .

I have good experience in handling, preparing and analysing the financial budgeting, forecast plan of plant maintenance and production.

I have good hands-on experience in "SAP-PM & MM Modules" in the application of Planning, Resource optimization and day to day maintenance activities .

I have completed the NEBOSH ( International Safety Course ) certification in 2017 Yr and Preventive Maintenance Engineer Certification in 2018 from Holtec, Switzerland
Had experience in 2 no DCS Upgradation projects ( 1 no to ABB 800 XA and 1 no to Siemens ) also took the lead role in Packer electronics upgradation ( FLS-EEL).

Lead the Complete clinkerization and post clinkerization sections Electrical and Instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance with best reliability.

Apart from technical skills, personally I can easily mingle with teams and plays active role in team buildup with good communication and my one of main strength is stay clam even under pressure and take proper decisions with considering team inputs too.
