I do have 15 Years of experience in IT and where 3 Years as Project Manager and 9 years as Scrum Master.  I am SAFe Certified scrum Master.  If you have any opening which need remote work Then I will be a suitable candidate for those position. I will charge as less as 50 pound per hour and weekly 20 to 40 hours.

• Overall 13+ years of IT industry experience including 7+ years experience as Scrum master for multiple Agile scrum team
• Coaching the scrum team(s) to deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met.
• Facilitates and is accountable for owning the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the scrum team(s) like Daily standup, Backlog refinement, Sprint planning, Sprint review and retrospectives etc.
• Coordinating with Product owners, Program or Project Managers to communicate delivery of work product from the scrum team and escalates key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness.
• Guides the scrum team(s) to follow Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities for team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.
• Extensive working experience on Agile Scrum as well as Scaled Agile framework like SAFe and knowledge on other Agile framework like Kanban.
• Coaching development team and product owners to create the right Agile mindset.
• Ability to work closely with Product owner on backlog management and helping the team to remove impediments on time to allow the team to work smoothly on deliverables.
• Experience of stakeholder management and release management activities from project initiation to the final delivery of the project/product.
• Experience working on Agile ALM tool like Jira and Confluence, making configuration changes, providing training and allocating permissions where required.
• Experience in tracking and reporting various Agile metrics such as burndown charts, Velocity, Sprint report etc and sharing it with stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Played important role on resolving the team conflicts, protecting the teams from outside distractions.
• Single point of contact for project(s) delivery
• Project management and tracking one or more projects independently with

       minimal supervision.

• Timesheet Approval and Billing Management.
• Jira, TFS, Bit Bucket, SVN, Confluence, Monday.com, ZOHO CRM, Microsoft Dynamic, Salesforce, Devops, CI, CD, TDD, BDD, Azure DevOps, MS Servers, SAfe Agile and Appearing for PMP examination.

Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager

Work Scope: Agile and SAFe Agile Adoption and implementation.

Key Result Areas:

• Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work; ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process
• Ensure that all scrum artefacts and meetings are properly organised, attended and managed throughout.
• Help the teams to only make promises they can keep, and then to help them to focus and keep those promises.
• Work tirelessly to improve our agile processes and make sure we’re always growing and improving as a team
• Work closely with the Management Team to shape the future of delivery within this vibrant working environment
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for example, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
• Leading Agile transformation activities; facilitating & guiding the Scrum Teams in conducting Scrum Ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Spring Calls and Sprint Retrospection meetings
• Developing services and workforce transformation strategies with key stakeholders for service change in order to deliver the overall trust, vision and strategic objective
• Resolving bottlenecks and guiding the team on identification of right personnel to remove impediment; interacting & negotiating with clients & stakeholders for best possible enterprise solutions; ensuring high customer satisfaction while adhering to the SLAs
• Experience on DOD,DOR, Story Point Estimation, Testing as a Service,Software as Service, Risk and Mitigation Plan, Scrum of Scrum Metting,Product Increment.
