Large Scale Transformations to implement Sterling OMS:
1. IBM Cloud on Commerce OMS implementations : Worked as Solution Architect to implement OMS solutions including Call Center and Store Engagement applications to for the clients across North America and South America.
2. On-premise Sterling OMS implementations: Worked as Solution Architect to implement E2E OMS solution for Order Management, Call Center and Store Engagement applications to implement these business capabilities such as ship to home, pickup from store, ship from store, transfers, POs, last mile delivery & tracking, GIV, Payments processing, customer appointment management, intelligent sourcing from store (based on store with more stock on hand than from less stock on hand), segmented inventory visibility etc.
3. On-premise OMS upgrade: Worked as Solution Architect to evaluate, assess, solution and execute the OMS upgrade from 9.2/9.3 to 9.4 and 9.5 versions.
4. IBM Sterling Cognos Reports : Worked as SME to implement Cognos and about 50+ operational and MI reports for various KPIs for North America clients in retail.

Large Scale non-OMS implementations:
1. RedPrairie WMS implementation: As part of a large scale initiative to build a new ecommerce warehouse. I worked as Systems Architect to design and build interfaces between the new WMS to SAP ERP and other downstream /upstream systems for the inventory movement tracking in the supply chain network and for the financial reporting for one of the leading retailer in UK. 
2. SAP Implementation : Worked as a Lead Designer to build and implement an integrated solution for Warehouse Management System, E-commerce Order Management System in Marks and Spencer as part of a SAP implementation programme.
3. WMS SME : Worked as WMS SME for 5 years to implement various new features to improve the inbound , outbound and operations inside the warehouse.
