I worked in Singapore from 2005 Aug till 2020 Sep under Chyethiam Maintenance Pte Ltd starting i was appointed as Supervisor in Dnata in-flight catering services in Warewash project later in 2014 I was promoted to Operation Executive in Highway maintenance project .

My Routine work in Highway project is daily deployment of Man power to the respective expressway assigning daily work in V3 system.

Deployment of Mechanical Sweeper in different expressway as per schedule submitted to NEA

Daily audit check on different expressway including slip road.

Arranging the vehicles for inspection.

Arranging the MS for servicing to klanco in Tuas.

Supporting to HR team Arranging the Malaysian workers for medical and MOM process.

Preparing monthly audit report for NEA.

Preparing monthly schedule work report to NEA.

Activating the QERT Team in case of emergency whenever received call from LTA or NEA.

Holding class 3 license

Familiar with all Singapore Expressway roads and Slip road.

Familiar with local language like English, Malay bit mandrin.

Interview and select suitable candidates for cleaners to increase and maintain cleaning manpower

Planning and ensuring orientation for all new staff and job site

Assisting  at job sites as and when required

Monthly stock Check on Chemicals

Yearly appraising for the workers for Recommending Bonus and Incentives

Weekly conducting safety briefing for workers submitting reports to HR when ever work injury occurred on work place
