Job Responsibilities in  QA /QC :

• Ensure the availability of required QC coverage as per Schedule "Q" requirements.
• Responsible for assuring and controlling the work quality as per the approved project specification, Aramco Standards and approved drawings.
• Coordinating and monitoring of site activities, QC personnel performance and giving required internal training to QC personnel for better results.
• Coordination with site QC Inspector for issuance of internal Non-conformance Reports for violation of applicable Codes and standards. Verification of root cause analysis and recommendation of corrective and preventive and its implementation in site.
• Monitoring of all Electrical, Instrumentation &Telecommunication, related activities through Saudi Aramco Approved Database from fabrication, erection, Energization Certificate clearance Electrical test package, Loop Folders etc.
• Performing activities as per inspection test plan and method statement for various activities involved as per given project specification.
• Responsibility to conduct inspection, witness and monitoring work activities in accordance with the approved ITP and procedures.
• Responsible to make quality control awareness to the people in my assigned area.
• Submitting daily reports to QC Manager and verify QC inspection reports and testing.
• Conduct routine inspection / surveillance check / monitor all E&I activities with approved for construction drawings (AFC), applicable standards, and vendor specifications.
• Coordinate client counterpart for the signing of documents, e.g., checklists, test reports and RFI, including the concurrence of the rectified punch items.
• Verify the equipment and devices used in the project meet the required specification as per project requirements.
• Preparing Inspection Request to the client representative to witness the required installation and testing activities and ensure that all necessary documents are signed-off on the satisfactory completion of the inspection as the work progresses.
• Responsible for Electrical Substation Equipment’s Inspection like: HV, MV, LV Distribution panels, Switchgears, Motors, Transformers (Like 2.5/3.125 MVA), ATS, DistributionBoards

( LDB, PDB )etc.
