Virtualization: Strong experience with PowerVM, including VIO Servers, Shared Ethernet Adapters (SEA), NPIV, and Live Partition Mobility. 
Hardware: Experience with IBM pSeries hardware (P5, P6, P7). 
Clustering: Proven experience with clustering technologies like HACMP/PowerHA. 
Storage: Fundamental knowledge of SAN zoning and storage management, including EMC and other enterprise storage arrays. 
Scripting: Proficiency in shell scripting (KSH), Perl, or Python for automation. 
Performance: Strong skills in performance monitoring, analysis, and tuning. 
Troubleshooting: Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for complex issues. 
Tools: Familiarity with tools like NIM for system recovery, TSM for backups, and ServiceNow for incident management.
