I have extensive experience in the healthcare sector, specialising in setting up and managing multi-site clinics and wellness centres, driving operational excellence, and leading patient-centric communication and engagement initiatives. My work spans end-to-end operational setup, workflow optimisation, doctor and partner-clinic coordination, and service delivery improvement.

I’ve collaborated closely with doctors, medical directors, therapists, and partner healthcare organisations to co-create programs, enhance patient journeys, and maintain high clinical-operations alignment. I hold a Master’s degree in Hospital & Healthcare Management, which has provided me with strong grounding in healthcare operations, service quality, patient experience, and healthcare business strategy. This academic foundation is further supported by my graduation and post-graduation in physiotherapy. While being a part of clinical team helped me to learn the nuances of healthcare management and the role of an effective collaboration for an organizational success which drives the revenue. This clinical experience in initial years of my profession laid foundation for my master's in healthcare management.  So, my overall education supports my work in setting up clinic operations, managing multi-site healthcare services, collaborating with doctors, and improving overall service delivery.
