As the Head Dentist at Sabka Dentist, E-City phase 1 in Bangalore, I have been responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, managing patient care, and ensuring the highest standards of dental treatments. I lead a team of dentists and support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a patient-first approach. My duties also include diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing complex procedures, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I handle the clinic's financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and ensuring profitability. I have been involved in strategic planning to optimize the clinic’s operations, improving cost efficiency, and maintaining financial records. My role also includes monitoring cash flow, managing expenses, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and staff.

I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Shri Aurobindo Dental College, where I gained a solid foundation in dental practices, patient care, and clinical procedures. This education has equipped me with the skills and knowledge required to excel in dental healthcare.

Currently, I am further enhancing my expertise by pursuing a Healthcare Management certificate from the Goa Institute of Management through UpGrad. This program is helping me develop a deeper understanding of healthcare operations, management strategies, and leadership in the healthcare sector, allowing me to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and business acumen.
