In addition to acquiring a Doctorate degree in Physical Education, I have more than 10 years of hands-on experience. As a highly enthusiastic and encouraging teaching professional, I am confident in my ability to become a valuable member of your academic team.

I am a person who assesses each student's unique needs, tailors lesson plans to accommodate diverse interests, develops and adheres to PSPEs, and provides individualized support.

Additionally, I encourage student learning by incorporating exciting sports, games, and activities that reinforce the importance of health and physical fitness. These activities also promote active participation, teamwork, organization, and strategy. I also utilize several approaches and teaching techniques to ensure that each student is able to comprehend the presented information, enhance their own personal skills, and have fun and socialize.

One of my greatest strengths is keeping students motivated and participating in the learning process while showing the utmost sportsmanship. In addition to the above methods, I provide individualized praise and positive encouragement to boost all students' self-confidence and self-esteem while developing an excellent rapport with students.

Develop and facilitate the PSPE curriculum to promote the improvement of physical, cognitive, and collaborative skills, as well as emotional and personal upliftment.  Designed and delivered innovative physical activities that encouraged active participation, resulting in dramatically improved test scores and grade levels.  Established a safe and secure learning environment for all students.  Managed, directed, and coordinated the Sports Department for assigned locations.  Designed, managed & promoted multiple school programs (e.g., Sports Day, Annual Day, Field Trips, Summer Camps, etc.) and executed them to set a high benchmark.  Developed, managed, and controlled PE Department budgets and procure equipment inventories.  Assisted other subject teachers in understanding and implementing appropriate practices for physical activity.  Collaborated with colleagues & parents to implement counseling strategies.  Reinforced teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving.  Built and maintained positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.  Encouraged fund-raisers that promote physical activity (e.g., Jump Rope for Heart, Walk for Diabetes, etc.). Notable Accomplishments:  Spunk n Fun – Physical & Emotional Wellness Program for Children - Designed to introduce & assess standard-based, developmentally right activities to encourage maximum participation for children ages 4 to 7. - Initiated, designed, and implemented the program which generated additional revenue of ~₹6 LPA and scopes to increase it to ~₹15 LPA.  Holding Hands – Specialized Parent-Child Program - Responsible for unwinding and finding inexperienced emotional & physical communication between parent & child.  Femitude – Wellness Program for Female Working Staff - Providing opportunities to academic & non-academic female staff to engage in physical activity for a healthy lifestyle
