With over 21+ years of experience in managing global technology organizations offering Product Engineering, Software Engineering(DevOps, Cloud, Test Automation, Mobile App., and Agile), Immersive Technology (AR/VR), Global Delivery(Offshore & Nearshore), ERP Implementations and Innovative Services (on AI based NLP and DeepLearning models) for fortune 500 clients across different industry verticals. I come with proven expertise in managing globally distributed technology, pre-sales, and delivery teams, driving various engagement models for product development, managed services, global transition, Digital & Legacy transformation programs, Global IT consolidation initiatives, Business acquisition & consolidation (eg. ChennaiRace, Edureka, T.I.M.E), Insourcing initiatives, and vendor management, along with P&L responsibilities.  Built Center of Excellence (COE) for skill development and anchored shared services model for re-skilling and cross deployment of consultants.  I'm SAFe 5.0 agile certified for program/project management consultant, anchoring different technology initiatives to drive synergies at the organization level reporting into CXO's.  

In addition to my core responsibilities, I have managed teams on a new technology initiative for setting up Metaverse for NFT's and Streaming services, Digital Marketing(SEO, SMM) and Inside-Sales organization dedicated for SaaS products to drive strategy, geo-penetration targets, and PAT improvements.
