  • Skilled in identifying and driving interventions across process, operating model, automation, analytics, and experience design.
  • Techno-functional knowledge of digital technologies, leading tools, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to identify hyper-automation opportunities and create disruptive automation roadmaps.
  • Self-initiated professional with a strong background in driving large change projects in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent team player with a track record of leading and facilitating teams using design thinking, journey mapping, data mining, and process design and improvement methodologies.
