PMP Certified project manager with 18+ years of overall experience in financial accounting, management accounting and project management. Seeking a new challenge and greater responsibility as senior project manager for motive, where my experience will drive client facing projects.

• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle from project inception to completion, including

the management of project schedules and coordination of project resources and people to ensure that projects stay on track.

• Determine and define, in collaboration with the project sponsor, the scope, objectives, success criteria and metrics of each project. 
• Develop and maintain project milestones and completion dates while controlling and monitoring processes including quality controls, workflows, and reporting systems.
• Creating status reporting to all levels within the program and maintaining the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Implements effective risk management and work with the IPT to identify project risks 

then proactively formulate and execute risk mitigation actions.
