I have an extensive background in agri-commodities: sourcing, planning, purchasing, transport, inventory, loss prevention, sales, target AOP, warehousing, and distribution. Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall cost base. My work profile has enabled me to develop and excel in my skill sets in the supply chain, inventory management and B2B sales of finished agricultural commodities, branding, new product launches, pricing, channel management, raw material availability, production, business planning and forecasting.

Expertise in the examination of project proposals for financial assistance under the central scheme. Overall financial management of the central sector scheme and accounting functions, including budget, day-to-day management of expenditures, Rendering financial advice to officials on all transactions in terms of the rules and regulations of the Government of India. Examination of project proposals as per relevant financial rules applicable. Preparation of quarterly financial reports and quarterly financial management reports for budgetary control. Preparation of budget estimates, review of audit reports, and follow-up with implementing agencies for necessary compliance and action taken. Coordination with implementing agencies for timely compliance of various finance and accounting-related activities, i.e., details of payments done in the accounting software (PFMS/EAT Model), submission of financial reports, finalisation of annual accounts, conducting audits, submission of UCs annual audited accounts, and a complete report of the central project. Monitoring and implementation of the activities approved/sanctioned under the scheme through consultation with implementing agencies Participation in Kisan Mela, fairs, and expos at the national level for promotion of the scheme. Dealing with matters related to externally aided, PMO, other Ministries and states.
