I am Pradeep Goswami, MTech in in applied Geology/earth science,  and Advance diploma in safety, having >24 yrs. exp, in all aspects of Geology/Geotechnical /Slope stabilization/Natm tunneling /etc.in Road/Railway/and Hydro as well ,I have almost 7yrs. abroad experience out of 24 Yrs.

Oversees multiple tunnelling work fronts and activities

• Acts as the primary contact on site for the Client’s Tunnelling team
• Supports Contractor on safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Leads tunnelling engineers assigned in the area
• Monitors and escalates quality, production, safety and coordination issues and concerns
• Reviews Contractors NCRs, RFIs, FCRs, or other change documents
• Regularly conduct joint safety inspections with Contractor’s senior staff
• Attend Daily Review Meetings during the excavation phase of the works to ensure that a fully compliant RESS is issued
• Coordinates and monitors interfaces between other contractors on the project
• Ensures that RFI responses and Field Change requests etc. are correctly implemented in the Field
• Reviews of Design Drawings, Vendor Drawings, Shop Drawings, and installation sequences
• Reviews all material testing results and ensures compliance to Design specifications and standards
• Ensures that all required reporting, including daily reports are collated, reviewed, and submitted within defined timelines
• Review and comment on Method Statements
• Attends weekly/ monthly coordination and progress meetings with Contractor.

1. M.Tech. in Applied geology/Earth Science -Mining ,Hydrology ,Petrology, Mineralogy expertization.
2. Bachelor in Science in Geology
3. Advance diploma in Industrial safety and fire .
4. Short course on Deep pile foundation.
5. Short course on Land slides and mitigation.
