1. Current Works:-

 

SAMSUNG (w. e. f. – 29/03/2015 to till date)

* Presently I have been working with SAMSUNG. situated in Aslali Ahmadabad, an as an Asst Managar in Store Department.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensured proper loading, unloading & transportation of consignment so as to avoid pilferages and damages to the materials and equipments by means of adopting acute protection measures.
  • Solving all the problems in the warehouse either of system or anything by self-knowledge or my consulting my superiors or the Helpdesk at HO. I have taken care of all kind of transaction in SAP R/3 systems also; including physical involvement in warehouse.
  • Responsible for all fortnight, monthly and yearly audits conducted by internal & external auditors.
  • Receiving and Issuing the Material.
  • Maintaining the inventory physically as well as on Computer (SAP) MM Module.
  • Co-Ordinates with various Vendor & Contractor for issuing or a purchasing the stock.
  • To generate certain types of MIS Reports. 
  • Processing of GRNs, uploading & maintaining data for Receipts, Stock Transfers & backward movement and entries of Inventory & Order Management in SAP system.
  • Activities pertaining to Retrieval of Stock.
  • Responsible for providing training to all the operators and workers working in the Warehouse about the Transaction in SAP.
  • Monitoring & controlling consumption, thereby maintaining minimum stock levels
  • Warehouse audit checks as per warehousing norms, making of inspection reports, cycle audits, etc.
  • Reconciliation of Physical Stock with ERP system and Book records.
  • Providing data for Audit purpose and Audit compliances
  • Keeping a regular touch with the entire Courier for day to day transactions.
  • Getting all the orders from the commercial peoples and fulfilling them on priority basis.

ARCHON ENGICON LTD (w. e. f. – 06/03/2009 to 28/03/2015 date)

* Presently I have been working with M/s. ARCHON ENGICON LTD. situated in SANTEJ Gandhinagar, an ISO 9001: 2013, certified company, as an EXCUTIVE in Planning Department.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Planning Dept.
  • Monitoring of all production relative data.
  • Batch wise/Project wise drawing follow up with Marketing Dep’t, Follow up with Purchase Dep’t for indented steel and day to day follow up with production team.
  •  Publish Daily Production Report to all departments on daily basis.
  • Co-ordination with all departments to achieve project completion dates.
  • Resolve ERP related issues form raw material inward to dispatch of goods.
  • Take appropriate corrective actions to prevent issues related to Drawings, Planning issued, etc.
  • Data collection of all projects for smooth execution.
  • Function as the focal point to move towards a more efficient system of entering Marketing releases. The goal is continual improvement of the processes being utilized.
  • Comparing & providing all reports required by HODs in their required formats.
  • Tracking of material movement from raw material store to final inspection.
  • All types of Inspection Reports preparation.
  • Ensuring calibration and use of calibrated measuring and test equipment’s for inspection/ test conducted by all departments.
  • Prepare and publish Rework/Rejection Report weekly & monthly.
  • Raise the All inspection call to PGCIL on Power Grid Inspection call management system.
  • Preparation of documents related to Final Inspection like Inspection report, MOM, Rolling Chart, Packing List, etc.
  • Day to day Entry in ERP related to In-process, GI & Final Inspection. 
  1. QA/QC Dept.
  2. Dispatch Dept.
  • Preparation of weekly work sheet for finish goods to dispatch.
  • Records Management, Filing, Preparing Dispatch Format, Packing List, & reqd. documents for Dispatches Activities.
  • Publish the MIS of All Circle & Daily tower stock status to all departments.

 

 

Reliance Infocomm (w. e. f. – 05/07/2005 to 05/03/2009)

* Previously I have worked with M/s. Relaince Infocomm Ltd. Situated in Aslali (Ahmedabad) Gujarat, as ASSISTANT STORE INCHARGE in Ware House in STORE Department.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Since Jan 2005, I Worked as Stores Supervisor in Reliance Infocomm Ltd Ahmadabad up to 5 July 2005.
  • Since 05 July 2005 to 2009, I am working as a Stores Officer (On Contract Cell) with Reliance Infocomm Ltd. Ahmedabad.
  • Appointed as a stores Supervisor & performing the duty of Warehouse Assistant Store In charge. I acquired an experience to receive, issue and dispatch of materials to other circles, vendors and sites.

  • I have done logistics activity and reverse logistics of materials to and from sub depots and sites. Transportation derailments throughout Gujarat state & outside of state while dispatching of materials. Always ensured timely delivery of materials to the sites concerned.
  • Capable to hold plenty of inventories in Infocomm with proper accountability, stacking in proper way duly codified and maintenance of record thereto systematically.
