Since June 2020, I have been serving as the Lead Master Data Manager at Smith & Nephew Global Business Services, where I lead a global Center of Excellence (COE) and manage a team of 8 direct reports. I oversee supplier, employee, and customer master data across North America, Europe, EMEA, APAC, and MENA, driving impactful projects like a Global MDM Transformation that saved $12 million, implementing e-Flow automation in MENA, and conducting UAT testing in Poland, all while ensuring compliance with SOX and MAPS standards. Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Analyst at Maersk Global Service Centre from 2017 to 2020, managing supplier master data for European regions, streamlining operations, and achieving EUR 600K in cost savings. In 2017, I briefly served as an Audit Executive at BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG), where I conducted financial audits for clients like Credit Suisse, sharpening my compliance expertise. From 2013 to 2017, I was an Analyst at Metro Global Business Services, managing supplier and product data using SAP and Oracle, leading Accounts Payable processes across multiple countries, and earning recognition for my process improvements.

I hold an M.Com (Master of Commerce) from the University of Pune, completed in 2014, which provided me with a strong foundation in business and financial management, essential for my MDM and governance responsibilities. I also earned a B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) with First Class honors from the University of Pune in 2012, enhancing my analytical and accounting skills. Complementing my academic background, I have achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in July 2021, equipping me with advanced process optimization techniques critical for data management transformations. Additionally, I completed a Global Business Services Diploma from the Hackett Group in January 2023 and the Pioneer Leadership Program from EY Lane4 in March 2022, both of which have sharpened my strategic leadership and operational excellence skills in a global context. My MS-CIT Certification with an 88% score further supports my technical proficiency in IT systems relevant to MDM.
