Troubleshoot network, server, microsoft, cloud and application issues within the cloud environment. Collaborate with senior engineers to improve system reliability and performance. Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps for the knowledge base. Logging calls in internal ticketing tool ITSM and assigning it to the engineer as per shift roaster. Co-ordinate with OEM's like juniper, HPE, DELL, Huawei, Avaya, Microtek, Cisco, Extrame, LG, Polycom, Panasonic etc. for Technical support, RMA and spares. Providing L1 Support to external customer. Raising RMA/TAC case with respective OEM's if needed.
