Co-ordinate with OEM's like juniper, HPE, DELL, Huawei, Avaya, Microtek, Cisco, Extrame, LG, Polycom, Panasonic etc. for Technical support, RMA and spares. Providing L1 Support to external customer. Raising RMA/TAC case with respective OEM's if needed.
