Experience

HR Work :

  • Develop and implement the HR policies. 
  • Process the salary of employee every month through spine software.
  • Source the CVs of candidates from personal contacts, employee relation and consultants.
  • Screening the CV with the help of HoD of suitable candidate for vacant post.
  • Inform to candidate for interview through mail/telephonic.
  • Collect the basic information of candidate in first round interview.
  • Complete the interview process and finalize the candidate CTC.
  • Completion the joining formalities of selected candidates.
  • Arrange induction and training to access ease for new employee.
  • Create the email ID, provide the ID card, SIM card and visiting card to new employee.
  • Establish the sitting arrangement for new employee.
  • Resolve the employees query about HR related.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records and work schedule of employees for support to Payroll Deptt. 
  • Process the salary of Surveyors/temporary staff as per attendance.
  • Yearly increment of employee on the behalf of performance with the help of Director.
  • Maintain and update confidentially of employee files including efficient documentation of disciplinary proceedings and completion of salary increase processes and transactions.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Labour management through the contractors.

Admin Work :

  • Registration & renewal the License/Certificate to operation the Company.   
  • Company work started from 16th Apr., 20 with permission of ADM, Ujjain in the pandemic situation of Lockdown under COVID-19.
  • Issue the pass to employees and labours for to & fro office/ warehouse during Lockdown.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures, systems and devise ways to streamline processes to support the organisation.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Monitor costs & expenses to assist in budget preparation head wise.
  • Manage the stationary requirement, pantry needs and as required the office purpose.
  • Manage the pantry, office & Campus sanitization.
  • Watching to Security Guards, assign the duty and monitoring of Drivers, Gardeners and Housekeeping.
  • Maintained and renewal to up to date of Licensing /Certificates
  • Arrange the motivational programme for employee like family get together.
  • Supervision of Electrician / Plumber/ Inverter maintenance. 
  • Manage and maintenance of buildings including renewal of lease deed/rent, housekeeping, procurement, emergency response, employee transport, courier and other utilities.
  • Attest bills & vouchers of any expenses as per company policy.
  • Manage and evaluate inventory of all Consumable & Fixed assets.
  • Manage of hotel accommodation, train/flight booking, hire taxy as per need of the Directors, employees and guests. 
  • Prepare the letters & documents for official correspondence.
  • Keep abreast with organizational changes & business developments.
  • Editing and Publishing of official documents.
  • Preparation and updating of MIS and Project Report to evaluate of higher authority.
  • Follow-up consolidated invoices/cash memo for all the vendors.
  • Prepare presentation to analyzing management.
  • Manage and evaluate of company Insurances and Annual Maintenance Contractor of existing vendors.

  • MBA (HR) from SMU in 2013
  • Certificate in Computer (CIC) from IGNOU in 2001
  • Diploma in Software Engineering (DSE) from F-Tech, New Delhi in 1997
  • Desk Top Publishing (DTP) from Green Thumbs, New Delhi in 1996
  • B. Sc. (Chemistry Hons.) from Magadh University in 1994
