Presently working as an Associate in the Patent Litigation Team at K&S Partners in New Delhi, I have worked in high stake patent litigation matters including multi jurisdictional SEP litigation relating to telecommunication/IT sector. 

Further, learning patent laws across jurisdictions especially Indian Patents Act 1970, UK Patents Act 1977, European Patent Convention, UPCA etc.
