Pramod Salunkhe

I, Pramod Rajaram Salunkhe, a Senior Faculty in Polymer Science & Technology working in a reputed institute of national importance in India.  I possess good communication skills, implement principles of management at work place, good computer literacy and experience in working with MS Office and good enough practical in building career of my students / subordinates continuously. 

I am having employment experience of 22 plus years in technical / specialized education sector with industrial working experience of almost 4 years in Chemical & Polymer sectors. 

I have handled my duties & responsibilities with institute's rules & regulations and worked in many areas of technical education as a Coordinator, Faculty, Engineer, Officer, Head of the department, Examiner, Assessor with number of roles & responsibilities. 

I am a graduate in Polymer Engineering, BE Polymer followed by Diploma in Chemical Engineering, DCHE from reputed institutes of India and also pursued and completed my post-graduation in management, MBA in HR from NIMS University Jaipur through continuous focus on learning.
