• Helped PR and marketing teams of celebrities to execute sourcing of more than 30 celebrities in a period of 2 months increasing new logins and daily active creators on the platform by almost 30%.
• Handled a team of 4 Jr. Brand managers to monitor product quantity, brand policies, account creations etc, to develop key strategies, reducing the cart abandonment rate by an average of 35% in a span of 11 months.
