I have experience working at the Post Office Savings Bank, where I supported daily banking operations and customer service activities. My responsibilities included creating CIF IDs for new accounts, assisting customers in selecting suitable fixed deposit schemes, and handling account transfers across regions. I also assisted in selling postal financial products and supported the Postmaster in administrative and operational tasks.

Currently pursuing a MBA (PGDM) in e-Business from Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Bangalore. The program focuses on business strategy, financial management, analytics, and technology-driven business solutions. During the course, I have developed strong skills in Excel-based financial analysis, data analytics, and fintech applications, supported by hands-on projects in financial dashboards and market intelligence tools.
