My role consisted of the following:

1. Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to identify the gaps present on the website and design solutions accordingly. 
2. Conducted market research of direct and indirect competitors. 
3. Conducted daily standups, sprint planning, backlog and product meetings independently. 
4. Identified the user pain points by participating in the customer success meeting.
5. Led the matchmaking team, where we developed intelligence logic and a new Find an expert page to search the best freelancers for the clients. 
6. Designed a new page which helps the client choose the Freelancer they want to hire. 
7. Introduced new features which enhance our communication experience.
8. Developed predictive models to showcase best freelancer proposals to the client.
9. Designed and developed several user journeys to improve the user experience of Kolabtree website.
