I am a Technical Specialist/Project Manger for Avaya Blue/Nortel voice solutions. I have been working on voice projects with hand on experience of 10+ years.

Experience Products: Avaya Aura contact center solutions, Call recording solutions, MPS500 IVR, CS1000E and traditional Nortel systems like 81C, 61C,11 C etc
