About Prasad Kulkarni:
Prior to my current work experience, I have served as a Technical Writer at Shreeraj Enterprises. I exercised a calculated and methodical approach to problem-solving leading to improved results. I am independently motivated but can collaborate productively within teams. Additionally, I am knowledgeable in the best customer service standards & great communication skills. I have previously managed to get hundreds of inbound customers happy with their experience which led to increased satisfaction ratios for the company.
As an adept Customer Service Advisor, I have a well-rounded background in handling complicated and heavy calls with customers, and refined talents in multitasking and customer service, and from my Customer Service role at Mphasis Limited, I have been fully trained and gained advanced experiences in physical communications with the customers, answering high volumes of emails and also handling the calls/chats. I am fully familiar with all Microsoft softwares and can handle the analysis of heavy spreadsheets in Excel, and am also trained and experienced with other softwares such as Freshdesk and JIRA. Some of my other skills include; detailed content assessments, detailed creation of powerpoint presentation as per industry standards, delivering presentations and training, digital content creation.
