               I am Prasad Hanamkonda, a Post Graduate in Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Hanumakonda District, Telangana State, India, having 15 plus years of experience in Teaching IT, Office and System Administration, Customer Service and Technical Support.
      
 

• Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to     

   Including Desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications. 

• Monitors and maintains the use of the various photocopiers and printers. 

• Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups. 

• Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs. 

• Creates and maintains good technical documentation. 

• Provide network and desktop support. 

• Designs, installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local and wide area network hardware and 

   Support Video Conference for all offices in the Wide Area Network. 

• Make frequent visit to branch offices for repair and technology needs. 

• Installs and tests computers and related network hardware in a LAN/WAN environment. 

• Assist the superiors in developing and coordinating future network replacement plans. 

• Oversee network and server configuration maintenance and management. 

• Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis. 

• Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates etc. 

• Carrying out client computer maintenance. 

• Providing IT support to computer users within the office. 

• Induct and train new staff on the computer systems and office policies. 

• Keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance records. 

• Ensuring all software is properly licensed and up to date. 

• Keep abreast of IT technology, maintain library of information.
