1. ADANI Green energy Ltd.- 2021 to till date.

 Maintenance InCharge of 180MW power plant, Karnataka 

o Carried out Preventive maintenance and regular maintenance of Power transformer, Inverter duty transformer,Insulator, lightning arrestor, HT panels, CT, PT, earth pit resistance, PV Modules, inverters, Combiner boxes, etc.
o Carried out Preventive maintenance of switchgear panels
o Periodic tests on Transformer, relays, CT, PT, Switchgear Panels, PV modules, and Inverters
o Performance analysis of all electrical switchgear and switchyard equipment
o Servicing OLTC of power transformer after ten thousand operation
o Coordination with performance team to understand the frequent equipment failure and implementation of 
rectification plan to resolve the frequent breakdown issues
o Carryout weekly, Monthly, annual maintenance of Switchyard and Switchgear equipment's as per Standard 
operation procedure
o Carryout operation check of switchyard and switchgear operation on half-yearly basis
o checking of control and relay circuit operation, interface from yard equipment to Control & Relay Panel with 
interlocks
o Training program to site O&M team to understand the root cause of Equipment breakdown and troubleshooting
o Preparation of RCA report for Major breakdown
o Prepare all site related documents and maintain as per Standard
o Continuous plant wise PR, CUF, PPF (Plant performance) and generation GAP analysis and action plan to minimize 
the system losses

o Responsible for improving customer satisfaction by implementing Effective O&M Practices

o Identification of technically qualified and cost -effective vendor to resolve the repairing of faulty component and 
servicing issues (Warranty period of equipment expires or no support from OEM)
o Continuous monitoring of site O&M expenses and make sure the operation expenses are within the limit 

o Weekly/Monthly review meeting with site team and action plan to improve the Plant performance, losses 
optimization, material management, EHS and PPS implementation 
o Coordination with vendor to initiate the warranty claim of all equipment, PV panel, SMB, Inverter product, switch 
gear panels and ensure timely settlement
o Implementation of LOTO, PTW, Elementary ownership and periodic training on EHS to make sure Zero accidents
o Prepare Joint Monthly Reading with Government Authority

2. Sterling and Wilson solar Ltd. - 2019 to 2021

Maintenance In- Charge of 180 MW power plants, Uttar Pradesh 

o Planning and maintenance of all equipment like transformer, measuring instrument, VCB, SF6 Breakers etc.
o Good command over switchyard operation (220KV, 132 KV,33KV/11 KV). Handled Operation & Maintenance of 
Switchyard and switchgear equipment's
o Preparing shift Schedule and arrangement of Manpower for each shift
o Responsible for maintenance and servicing of CT, PT, Power Transformer, HT Panel, IDT, Inverters, WMS System
o Knowledge in commissioning of all switchyard Equipment, and troubleshooting of inverters, SMB’s etc.,

inverters, & Sub-station equipment maintenance as per standard maintenance procedures & maintained proper 
records
o Maintaining the safety priorities and 5-s to the entire plant
o Analysis of string current using SCADA, if required taking corrective action
o Implementation of communication between String Box (JB) & Inverter’s control unit. SCADA implementation work
o Prepared Maintenance schedule for Power Transformer, CT, PT, Breakers & Line feeders, Inverters, VCB, PV Module, 
Switchgear panels
o Periodically taken Power Transformer oil samples & BDV Test, Carryout oil filtration work if found low BDV value of 
Oil samples
o Daily site Reporting like DGR, BD report, Substation faults records & Log data reporting etc.
o Carry out 5S activity, Safety, quality of entire territory as per schedule
