During my time at CN International, I had the chance to work side-by-side with the founder’s team on challenges that really mattered to the business. To make life easier for customers, I set up a live package tracking system and connected it with our existing tools, cutting down on countless support calls. I also introduced WhatsApp chatbots to send instant updates something customers loved and the team found invaluable.
