KEY ACHIVEMENTS:
• Responsible for Six Sigma project for testing & implementing Vendor Interface Protocol at Linde HQ Germany.
• Participate in Six Sigma Project for Final Documentation & Handover to client at Linde India.
Implemented, tested, finalize PowerGrid approved Karomi EDMS for various project & setup of flow of documents, distribution from project startup till handover to client in ABB LTD.
• Introduced & developed Organization SharePoint site for Best Practices, Lesson learnt, Approved Supplier list with key details of supplier, Change Management, in Al Hassan Oman, etc.
• Participated in Process improvement & development Data Mining projects, Dash boarding for multiple Projects at Linde Engineering for Documentation.
• Supported on New opportunities, Proposals, Customer focus, Process improvement, Automation & Quality management for Exxon Mobil Projects at LTTS.
