Change process owner, handling the change management process for AXA France
This is cloud-based project with complex environment that includes IBM Bare-Metal servers, compute nodes, Custom-PureAPPsystems software, VMs etc.

● Chair daily CAB and discuss all the changes in the system (ServiceNow) & prepare for AXA CAB
● Participate in client CABs to represent bridged changes and convert to positive approvals for all change records
● Define process for maintaining 100% quality on change records. 
● Consultant for the change management process & SPOC for process related escalations 
● Prepare & present the weekly and monthly progress to the client and take “lessons learnt” if any to fine tune for coming weeks
● Participate in the hyper-care meetings & stay updated like the current storage capacity in the environment, backups success/failures, exchange feedbacks on any requirement, procurement of devices, notify client on any urgent changes in the environment, learn about major incidents if any and help with change process if required. 
● Plan for the patching of the servers post receiving baseline report from the security team

Project Management
• Implemented IT Infrastructure upgrades (BMLS, PAS, Fortigate firewall device, Lenovo Switches and completed the project in 8 months with 100% success
• Coordinate & assign tasks to tower leads and define RACI model for smooth communication & process flow to complete the project

Disaster Recovery
• Plan, discuss & agree the DR test for the environment
• Document “if” issues found & work on fixes with deadline post DR
• Chair the meeting with client to update the environment health, possible potential hardware threats & its fixes
• Plan for change if cost to fix is agreed by stakeholders
• Coordinate with tech teams providing the data for fix & plan for the project
