- Preparing Appointment Letter, offer letter, ID card, Documentation Filing for new joiners.
- Enroll and register employees in UAN and ESIC.
- New employees onboarding, induction and introduction to respective department.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews.
- Perform administrative work, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department.

- Track and update hourly employee leaves of absence.
- Office Administration.
- Procurement of Office stationeries, and other amenities, and ensure timely servicing of all office equipment.
- Arrangement & Maintenance of Employees & guests Transportation and office vehicles.
- Hotel, Train, Flight Booking, for Company Officials and Guests.
- Monitoring of Housekeeping & Security Activities.
- Ensuring Regular Maintenance of AC, Phones, UPS, Inverter, Office furniture, and other electrical/electronic appliances.
- Arrangement & maintenance of company guest house, labor colony, etc. for Employees & guests.
- Manage all Associated Vendors for Security, Staff & Workers, Mess, Vehicle, Housekeeping and other Services.
- Controlling the AMC & Payment Module of different vendors & ensuring a cost - effective operation.
- Maintain records as per prescribed formats in the management systems and SOPs.
- Prepare data for ESG-GHG statistics and submit to EHS department.
Education
- Passed B.COM from Saurashtra University in March-2020.
- Completed Tally GURU course from NPG-Unique Computers, Porbandar in Feb-2020.
- Passed HSC from GSEB in March-2014.
- Passed SSC from GSEB in March-2012.
