Getting material approval based on design, BOQ, material Specification like fire resistant, scratch resistant, echo, green spec .etc. & also consider safety requirement & it's implementation Factory inspection and monitoring day to day production progress keeping in line with for logistic support for material movement Strictly monitor project schedule & project changes bringall changes with client and Q.S & designteam Foresee smooth completion of projects and it's closing with completion certificate and project closingdocumentation from concerned authority and client or client representative.
