Adv Pravin Rahate

Myself Adv Pravin Rahate. For the past 17 years I have been working in Legal field.

I graduated in LLB from Amravati university in 2004. I started practice at my native place and shifted to Kalyan in 2010 where in I started my legal practice including Mumbai courts.

Thereafter in 2011 I got an opportunity as a Retainer Advocate in Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd Navi Mumbai.

After That in 2013 I was working as a Legal Manager in HDFC Ergo GIC in Third Party Claims Department. Wherein I was handling Mumbai, Kokan, Goa and Marathwada region.

In 2019 I got an opportunity to work with Bharti Axa GIC in Operations and Claims Department.

Now currently I have started practising as an advocate in Kalyan, Thane, Mumbai Courts.

I have total 17 years’ experience in legal field

As far as my personal life is concerned. I am living in nuclear family. Having my mother, Wife and two kids.

●  Seven Years experience as a Legal Manager in a General Insurance Company in the Third Party Claims Department.
● Working as Retainer Advocate in NBFC for One Year.
● Ten Years Plus experience as a Practicing Advocate.
● Total 17 Years of experience in the Legal Field.
