Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for Valve Inspection, Overhaul, Pressure testing and Certification of all types of Valves such as Butterfly Valves, Globe Valves, Gate Valves, Ball Valves, Check Valve, Non-Return Valves, Pressure Safety Valves/Pressure Relief Valves(Pilot Operated), Pressure/Vacuum  Valves & Vents, Pressure Reducing and Regulating Valves, Hi-Low Pilot valve and Manifolds.

 Carrying out work on valve sizes ranging from ¼” to 16”, using self-clamping test rig up to a pressure range of 1000 bar

 Carrying out all jobs according to procedures developed ‘In House’ conforming to the requirements of BS EN ISO 4126-1:2013, API-598 and API 576 standards.

 Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety valves, etc.

 Carrying out tasks on Inspecting, Pressure Testing and Repairing activities on High pressure Electro-Hydraulic pumps, Hydro test pumps, Centrifugal pumps, and other rotating equipment.
