Over 25+ years experience in construction, covering Project Management, Contract Management, Value Engineering, Budgeting & Costing and quality control, and played key roles of project management in a wide spectrum of Infrastructure projects, residential, commercial offices, leisure, retail, hotels and hospitals.

Particular Activity involved.

· Prequalification of venders and contractors. Contract management, Evaluation of Bids, preparing comparative statement and recommendation. Preparation / Negotiation of Rate Analysis.

· Sound Knowledge of contract regulations, policies and practices.

· Ample Knowledge of various IS code of practice for RCC work, Steel, Measurement of Work & others which are required for Cost control & Value Engineering, Budget, Cost Control and Project Management too.

· Monitoring the Project Budget, Cash Flow, Payment Certification Internal Technical Audit, MIS Report to Management and work Progress, i.e. Civil work, RCC Structure, Interior Work, MEP and Site Management

· Monitoring the Quality Assurance activity adherence at site and ensure the same.
