I have been working as a quality analyst for 2 years now. The role that I have is of auditing the sales calls and also as a speech and text analyst. Prepare the categories for the assigned campaign. I've also worked as Customer service representative for Amazon. I was also a teacher for sometime. Used to teach in a private tuition class.
