- Experience on job portals like Shine, Monster, Naukri & Indeed etc.
- Sourcing candidates from job portals, scheduling interviews. Follow-up with the candidates till their selection and the joining. Background Verification . Documentation of the candidates from joining to exit.
- End to end recruitment, Bulk hiring.
- Attendance, PMS activities, Employee benefits, Official letters(offer letter, appointment letter, warning letters).
- Coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice.
- Recruitment & Employee lifecycle.
- Manage Employee Grievance & document same for future reference.
- Updation of HRIS on daily basis.
- Track daily attendance with help of bio-metric machine.
- Manage leave data for every employee, with help of Leave Management System.
- Conduct Employee Engagement programs, R&R.
- Conduct quarterly review program for each employee & document feedback.
- Co-ordinate with PF team for smooth access to get PF benefits, while getting In the system & taking Exit from the system.
- Create MIS report on monthly basis for absentism, attrition, interviews conducted with details information of (selected, rejected, on hold, future consideration) reports, assets(sim cards, workstation, diary, pen, etc.) handed over to each new joinee during induction, uniforms handed over if required.
- Power point presentation on tasks completed monthly, quarterly & annually.
- Conduct meet & greet for new joinees to know your management & BOD’s personally.
- Issuing Access Card & activation of same.
