At State Street, I have led initiatives involving fund on boarding for Fixed Income and Dividends across the EMEA region, managed over 15,000 dividend funds, and successfully handled client escalations, service migrations, and audit walkthroughs. I have been instrumental in automating workflows through tools like Xceptor, resulting in a 20% increase in efficiency and a 25% reduction in processing errors via internal training programs. I’ve also worked closely with JV partners to handle high-volume dividend events and ensure global service continuity.
