I have hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, gained through internships and roles at Maven Workforce and Reliable Allied Services. At Maven Workforce, I was involved in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment trackers. At Reliable Allied Services, I focused on external recruitment for BFSI industry clients, handling sourcing, screening, and initial assessments. My experience has strengthened my skills in candidate engagement, communication, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA – General), which provided a comprehensive understanding of core business functions including Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
