Handle all type of dry storage containers (20ft, 40ft, 45ft, HC, Open Top, Flat rack, open side container, half height container) Purchase product as per requirement. (bargaining with vendor) Shipment Planning (Ocean Freight rate & vessel schedule with various shipping lines). Place booking on shipping line site. Approve Checklist & BL Draft. Daily check on Import & export custom exchange rate. Provide BL instruction to CHA. Coordination with Overseas Buyers regarding Letter of Credit. Provide inward remittance instruction to bank. Preparing Proforma invoice, Commercial Invoice, packing list & Quotations. Checking products at best prices for Export. Follow up with the Shipping Line, Transporters, and Coordinate With CHA. Arrange containers as per loading (factory stuffing Or CFS stuffing) Checking Bill Of Lading. Tracking Containers. (ETD & ETA) Providing Proof Of export to Vendor. Export Document submitted to bank for BRC. Upload Documents in SGS on behalf of buyer. Arrange SGS for export product. Prepare Certificate of Origin. Check Duty Drawback. Apply for RODTEP on DGFT . Apply for GST refund (via Custom & also Via LUT) Import Shipment (Provide documents to the CHA for checking checklist & bill of Entry status with CHA. Find out local customer for our Imported Product.
