With reference to the vacancy in your company, I wish to express my interest in the aforementioned role. I have a luxury 5 Star Hotel Operations, Housekeeping and Rooms Division, background for over 12 Years with having worked in multiple recognized brands in India and Qatar. I successfully managed daily Front office and housekeeping operations of two residential sites of Accor which have more than 1400 rooms.

Previously, I was able to obtain premium experience under Qatar Foundation in Education City by handling the overall operations for student housing, guest residences, general maintenance, and public cleaning in all facility areas. I’m confident that I can be fit for the aforementioned role as I was already well-aware and greatly familiar with this field of working environment.

Having effectively managed the whole department operations under maintenance, front office, housing as well as the organizing of time sheets, cash logs for guest dining transactions up to bank remittances, these all gave me much broader aspects to further enhance my management skills and be able to provide the highest quality performance output in order to achieve the maximum results in line with the company objectives.

During my time of employment in Qatar Foundation, I was awarded with the certificate issued by His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Al -Thani for being a recognized team member for Qatar Diabetes Association’s Al – Bawasil Camp 2019. I also received the 2020 Certificate for Excellent Performance at The Campus – Education City Guest Residence and Supervisory Cross Training Certificate -Front Desk at The Campus – Education City Guest Residence

At the time of the pandemic when I was working in Hamad Hospital under Acciona, I gained massive experience in the medical environment wherein I was well-trained with the national standards of high level cleaning in the facilities, handled rope access, facade cleaning and managed the tenders in the company.

Recently, I’ve acquired certification for ISO Lead Auditor 9001:2015, as well as Lean Six Sigma Green and Black belt.

All of these wide-range experiences and skills combined, I’m confident that I can handle the role and responsibilities with my fullest potential for the company’s success.
