My role involves conceptualizing and implementing sales and marketing strategies tailored to regional dynamics, employing agile methodologies to enhance team motivation and efficiency, coordinating joint campaigns across branches and dealerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for PR alignment. I oversee program expansion, platform integration, budget analysis, customer research, and the design of interactive data dashboards for real-time insights. This role empowers me to lead transformative projects in the automotive industry, focusing on innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
