I hold a Master's in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources, where I gained comprehensive knowledge about the entire life cycle of an employee within a firm, from recruitment to separation. Additionally, I have completed a Life Coaching Certification, which I believe will enhance my ability to excel in roles within Human Resources and Coaching.
