Manager Production & Planning Foundry Industries manufacturing of Steel Titanium Aluminum Casting

• Reporting to Head of Department/CMD by Daily Plan vs Production achieved, WIP, Backlog, Shift & manpower report of overall Department like melting, pattern molding, coating, deforming etc. 
• Planning & executing the shop-floor processes like Induction. Melting-: Charge calculation, melt composition Adjustment, metal treatment, pouring. Moulding-: Maintaining the quality and quantity of mould. Ensuring sand plant activities & ensuring heat treatment activities like annealing, Tempering and quenching & ageing of casting and all other Foundry related activities in Ferrous & Non-Ferrous metals. Preparing Departmental objectives and finalizing process procedures departmental-wise reviewed  and analyzed  monthly   production plan  against target  volume v/s  capacity & resources
• Controlling the chemical composition, casting defect analysis. Improvement in existing tooling's.
• Preparing monthly Production planning report basis on marketing schedule. Daily Melting Pouring, Moulding, Coating & Deforming Plan handling overall production and TPM related activities and preventive maintenance & achieved Machines efficiencies by attending and resolving machines breakdown time etc 
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products to all departments. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of products & reduce rejection level & rework through continuous up gradation of quality techniques.
• Contract review for new development orders reviewing QAP, control plan, process flow diagram, FMEA & regulatory requirements to finalize process route before loading job on shop floor. After successful trial plan for production for balance order quantity.
• Preparing Project plan for existing and new order & monitoring it by Plan vs achieved process wise & plant capacity utilization. Monitor jobs to ensure the planning compliance and minimize the lead time. Identifying scope for modifications in process for controlling & reducing costs per unit.
• Planned, scheduled & ensured smooth plant operation’s under budgetary limits, as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Implementing basic systems for plant operations and executing driving various operational improvement projects to cost reduction in manufacturing.
• Reviewed processes & initiated measures to enhance productive capacity; Managed man power & reviewed training need to coordinate the implementation training programs for skills enhancement of employees. Leading functions in production planning (PP), Production Planning-Process Industries (PP-PI), Repetitive Manufacturing , KANBAN, Quality Management , Plant Maintenance and variant configuration
