I have a experience of 26 months in customer support worked for travel voice process Kiwi.com (OTA) helping customers and resolving their problems with their itinerary and bookings in front office. 
Handled and resolved complaints of customers came through various sources such as European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net), Better Business Bureau (BBB), Department of transportation (DOT), CS legal cases, trustpilot and official complaints. 
Handled team in absence of team leader.
Mentored and supported gradbay agents.
Assist with implementation of work flow productivity improvements.
Received rewards and recognition as being consistent outstanding performer from clients and managers during my tenure.
