Rachana Rajesh

I am a final-year B.Tech Information Technology student at the College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG) with strong interests in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies. Over the past few years, I’ve gained hands-on experience through internships at IIT-Madras, Majid Al Futtaim, PanApps Inc., and by being selected for Amazon Summer School 2025 (Top 3,000 out of 1.3 lakh+ applicants).

I have developed expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, cloud services (AWS), and NLP applications, with projects ranging from BERT-based chatbots and semantic research search engines to AI-powered accessibility tools like Indian Sign Language translators.

Beyond technical work, I am also the Founder of Blikx, a student-focused app incubated under CED AU and RUSA 2.0, and have held leadership roles in CSAU and Pixels Club, driving industrial collaborations, event marketing, and content creation.

I thrive at the intersection of technology, problem-solving, and impact-driven innovation, always eager to explore AI/ML solutions that address real-world challenges.

I am a B.Tech Information Technology candidate at the College of Engineering, Guindy (2026) with academic and professional focus in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing. My experience spans internships and research projects at organizations such as Amazon, IIT-Madras, Majid Al Futtaim, and PanApps Inc., where I have worked on large-scale data processing, predictive analytics, visualization, and AI-driven applications.

I bring strong technical expertise in SQL, Python (Flask, NLP, ML), Power BI, and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM, Cognito), along with hands-on experience in building end-to-end solutions including BERT-based chatbots, semantic search engines, and accessibility-focused ML tools.

Beyond academics, I founded Blikx, a student-centric resale platform, and have led teams in hackathons, research competitions, and organizational roles, demonstrating both technical and leadership capabilities. I am particularly motivated by opportunities that combine AI/ML innovation with real-world impact, and I aim to contribute to technology-driven problem-solving at scale.
