I retired as VP & CTO from BoschRexroth India Pvt.Ltd.I have over 41 years of experience in Manufacturing and Engineering in Automotive and Engineering Organization. I have done bachelor's in  Mechanical Engineering with master's in Industrial engineering & Management along with Diploma in Management.

Retired as VP& CTO from Bosch Rexroth India Pvt Ltd. Led team of over Hundred engineers  to achieve 12 BINR turnover with YOY double digit growth. Restructured the department , initiated competency building for the futuristic requirements. Set up R&D Industrial Hydraulics in India for Germany from scartch. Developed various "Design to Region" products and launched them successfully. Planned and Installed New plant meeting next decade growth.BPS based Value stream wise layout is the transformation from process based layouts.Restuctured the Manufacturing with Localization, strategic outsourcing with reduction in men and machines to make turnaround. Installed EOU for products exports to Germany.

In Hindustan Motors Ltd, Pithampur  planned and installed Crankshaft,Cam shaft and connecting rod lines after detailed study at ISUZU motors. In my carrier spanning 40 years worked in Automotive and Engineering industries in Manufacturing and Engineering.

I did my Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT-Surat in 1982.Subsequently i did my Masters in Engineering from SGSITS-Indore in 1986.Both degrees with First class with distinction. I also did my post diploma in Management from IGNOU-New Delhi.I have undergone Leadership development programmes as conducted by Bosch-Germany.Also attended Leadership module at IIMA.
