- Successfully completed the upgrade of LDN links and migrated customer services.
Project AMN+ implementation in Siebel (Jun-2021 to Dec-2021)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Worked along with Siebel development team to implement AMN+ in Siebel CRM application
- AMN+ is an automation process implemented for different vendor technology equipment’s events
- The ticketing management was made easy and due to this implementation, we were able to achieve 90% proactive notification to customers.
Project GPON network implementation in Singapore (Jan-2021 to May-2021)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Worked along with Planning, Capacity, and Service activation team for implementing GPON network in Singapore metro.
- The GPON network implemented with ALU devices and using a thirty-party network provider
- The link connectivity was tested and customer services were handover.
Project Global Asia-Accedian software upgrade (Jun-2020 to Dec-2021)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Over 250 network elements of accedian transmission devices software upgrade across Global Asia countries Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong ,Korea and Taiwan
- Planning ,Change request management, Field team management and software upgrade execution.
- Accedian LTS devices upgrade from AMO-10000-LT_6.4.2.4_36827 to AMO-10000-LT_7.1.1.3_10750
- Accedian GTS devices replacement and upgrade to Skylight AMT_7.8.3.1_23456
Network Operation Centre Incident & problem management(Jan-2016 to Jun-2020)
Position Technical lead
- Expertise in Metro Transmission Equipment’s like Cyan,Ciena,Nortel, Atrica, Overture, Alcatel-Lucent, Marconi and LDN Equipment’s.
- 2nd level trouble shooting on over all Incidents of Transmission, Metro network or Long distance network.
- Liaising with 3rd level support/ Vendor to resolve the Equipment specific faults for Incident and Problems.
- Major escalation handling during any customer service impact, check for the customer service reroute option and reroute.
- Responsible for NOC internal projects, attending the stake holder call and understand the needs to arrange resource etc.
- CIENA 6500 network topology acceptance & maintenance.
- Primary owner for NOC internal projects, related to Transmission network.
- Impart of Training to new inducted employees to our domain.
- Major escalation handling during any customer service impact.
- Network Availability check for planned work and handle the network changes.
- Rerouting of the Customer services before & after the planned work activity.
- Troubleshooting, Trouble ticket handling and Coordination with Internal & External teams for Network and System related issues to achieve our SLA/MTTR.
- Process related document preparation, timely revision/Updatation and defining the same to field team and stake holders.
- LDN network acceptance, maintain and Responsible for NOC internal projects
- Key role in achieving and maintaining consistent Net Promoter Score(NPS) of team.
