Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end International & Domestic travel requests which includes Air ticketing, Visa Processing, Hotel & Cab bookings etc. 
  • Preparing and maintaining MIS Reports & Travel expenses.
  • Reconciliation of all travel related Invoices & submitting to Finance dept. for timely payments. 
  • Maintaining Professional Relationships with travel vendors for smooth travel process.
  • Coordinate with various hotels, conference centers, & Banquet halls for company/team events.
  • Coordinate with HR team for interview candidates & new Joiner travel, accommodation & Relocation arrangements.
  • Design and maintain process documentation for the travel programs.
  • Preparing Travel policies as per company’s requirement.
  • Also, part of the facilities Admin team and looks after admin related works as assigned.
  • Coordinate with different Facilities vendors for salary/rate revisions, agreement renewals of Support function staffs.
  • Coordinating with Procurement team for creating agreements & Purchase orders and onboarding new vendors.
  • Reconciling & Processing of all facility related invoices received from various vendors to reporting manager for approval and for final payment processing.
  • Maintaining all facilities/Admin related tracker sheets and providing month on month reports.
